Focused on Quality-Controlled Pipe Manufacturing
Aironex Pipe focuses on quality-controlled pipe manufacturing for agriculture, irrigation, water supply, borewell, casing and drainage applications. Our production approach emphasizes careful raw material selection, consistent manufacturing and attention to product quality.
We use premium raw material and maintain quality checks for applicable products, including attention to dimensions, hydrostatic pressure, impact strength and finish.

Our Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Inspection & Compounding
High-purity virgin PVC suspension resin is tested for consistency and precisely compounded with heat stabilizers, processing aids, impact modifiers, and internal lubricants.
High-Speed Mixing & Cooling
The formulation undergoes thermo-kinetic dry blending in high-speed mixers for uniform additive dispersion, followed by controlled cooling to stabilize the compound before extrusion.
Twin-Screw Extrusion & Plasticization
The blend is metered into counter-rotating twin-screw extruders where multi-zone thermal barrels and controlled shear forces plasticize the compound into a bubble-free homogeneous melt.
Die Head Tooling & Pipe Formation
Molten PVC passes through precision die head and mandrel tooling, continuously forming a seamless tubular profile with uniform wall thickness, concentricity, and mirror-smooth bore.
Vacuum Sizing & Water Spray Cooling
The hot tubular profile enters vacuum calibration sizing tanks. Calibrated sleeves fix exact outer diameter tolerances while chilled water spray rings lock roundness and dimensional stability.
Synchronized Haul-Off & Planetary Cutting
Multi-track caterpillar traction haul-offs pull the pipe at extrusion-synchronized speed without distortion. Automated planetary cutters deliver square, chip-free cuts with uniform lead chamfers.
Socket Belling & Joint Engineering
Pipe ends undergo automated thermal softening and belling to form plain sockets for solvent-cement jointing or elastomeric rubber ring grooves (push-fit / sol-fit) conforming to standards.
Multi-Stage Testing & Standard Marking
Every batch is inspected for dimensions, hydrostatic pressure, impact strength, and finish. Certified pipes receive automated inkjet markings (IS 4985 / IS 13592) before bundling and storage.
