How We Ensure Product Quality

Raw Material Inspection
Premium virgin PVC raw material is inspected before production. Incoming material checks cover consistency of the compound and its suitability for the manufacturing requirements of each pipe type.

Dimensional Checks
Pipe dimensions are verified during and after production against the applicable size and class requirements for each product range.

Performance Testing
Every batch is tested for dimensions, hydrostatic pressure, impact strength and finish to verify performance for the intended use.

Final Inspection & Dispatch
Inspected pipes are prepared for supply according to the required product and application.
